☾ SHARING WORK:

If you do not want me to share any of your project with my audience and future clients please let me know. Please note that none of your project will be displayed in my portfolio until our project is complete or you are comfortable to do so. To avoid plagiarism, please keep designs as confidential as possible until the project finishing date.

☾ COMMUNICATION:

Consultations and project meetings can be arranged to be done over the phone, via video call and/or in person. However, regardless of how we arrange to communicate about the project, I require all concept feedback in written format via email in written format.

 ☾DEADLINES:

If you have a deadline for your project, you may need to advise me of these dates before signing your quote acceptance form. Otherwise, all of my projects deadlines vary depending on the size of the project and work required. Deadline estimations are predicted dates only and may be subject to change.

☾ PRINTING AND PUBLISHING:

The prices of printing are not included in my service price. This is because printing prices vary depending on quantity, sizing, finish and timelines. If you would like to be doing the printer co-ordination and communication rather than myself please let me know. I am happy to help you during the printing process but this is a separate cost. The cost of your website hosting, domain name and CMS plans are also separate from my service pricing, as these vary in cost depending on client’s needs and preferences. 

☾ PROOFING:

Once the final designs have been approved by you, the project is yours. Once the project has been handed over to you I am no longer liable for any errors or design proofs.

☾ I MIGHT SAY NO:

I have the authority to decline your proposed project if I can’t fulfil your deadlines or if your project is not a fit with my style/niche.

 ☾ OWNERSHIP AND USAGE/EDITING RIGHTS:

I own all of the project design files and assets until the final payment for my services has been completed. The files you will receive are print ready PNG’s. Access to my project files (AI or PSD) or converting files to any other format may cost additional. Although I work closely with you to understand your visions for the project, all designs are 100% owned and created by Ink and Honey and are not available for further development or editing by client or other designers. All designs are Ink and Honeys creative take on your unique vision, refined by feedback provided during client consultations and discussion. Editing, on-selling or developing my work in anyway is not accepted to respect personal portfolio development and avoid issues such as plagiarism.
